Your name, age, district, contact details, how you know him and for how long; his full name, age, district, occupation and how we may reach him.
Why he inspires others, one specific incident, and the sustained actions that show accountability, inclusiveness and contribution across family, work or community.

What makes a strong nomination
Optionally attach documents, consented photographs or independent references. Confirm you agree to be contacted, and that we may contact the nominee and references for verification.
A strong nomination is specific (what happened, when), shows a pattern over time rather than one event, and comes from someone who has seen it first-hand.
Accessibility support: Need help to nominate or prefer another language or format? Write to mail@aware.org.in.
What happens to nominations: After you nominate, we may invite people who know the nominee (family, colleagues, community members) to share confidential feedback on a short questionnaire. Individual answers are never shared with nominees or sponsors.

A short phone call to check eligibility, specific examples, duration of impact, any concerns and references.
